From idea
to ink.
Plan the piece
An in-person consultation is required to plan your piece. If distance prevents you from attending, a virtual consultation is available.
Build it together
A $200 retainer is required for all scheduling. After your consultation, we’ll arrange your appointment and retainer.

What should I include in my request?+
Your concept, body placement, approximate size, color or black-and-grey preference, reference images, and any timing constraints.
Do you take walk-ins?+
Walk-ins are welcome Tuesday–Saturday, 9 AM–5 PM, when the schedule allows. Call ahead for the latest availability.
Where is the studio?+
Billy works at Apex Arts Collective, 34 Savannah Highway in Beaufort, South Carolina.
Can I request a large multi-session piece?+
Yes. Sleeves and other large-scale projects are a core part of Billy's work and are planned around flow, placement, and session pacing.
